What does a CDP survey
analyse ?
2. Factors
analysed by the Corporate Development Process :
The Corporate Development
Process model analyses those conditions that are beneficial to the
personnel motivation level. In order to determine the roots of
motivation or de-motivation, CDP recognises different levels in the
behaviour of company personnel.
1. First the external factors that impact the
company
efficiency: The Market
Competitiveness and The Communication Standards.
2. Secondly, the 4 internal efficiency group
behaviours:
Attitude
towards Quality,
Attitude
towards Productivity,
Stress
level,
Labour
Relations.
These
internal group behaviours are typically Symptoms, symptoms of deeds
and acts, consequences of personal experiences induced by the work
environment. CDP looks at those personal experiences through the next
2 steps .
3. The 6 Group Dynamics that impact on an
individual’s performance in a team
context:
“Harmony”
“Vision”
“Co-operation”
“Perseverance”
“ Pride”
“Creativity”
4. CDP evaluates the performance indicators
that affect an individual’s motivation to contribute to the
business growth of its organisation. There are 10 of these
performance indicators that are called the Key Success Factors or
KSF:
Interest
in Welfare,
Clear
Goals,
Trust,
Achievement,
Commitment,
Respect,
Recognition Ownership,
Support,
Human
Skills.
5. Finally, each of these Key Success Factors
is explained by motion factors called drivers. These drivers
determine and explain the roots or origin of the obtained level of
motivation or de-motivation.
