What does a CDP survey
analyse ?
3. Information provided by the
CDP model : CDP is a powerful tool.
CDP analyses the expectations of the employees towards the
organisation.
By determining the highest and 2 lowest KSFs, it specifies what
the employees consider as the most motivating forces. Those forces if
recognised and improved will strengthen the dedication of the
employees towards their company, allow the clients to have a higher
perception of the company Business Excellence and facilitate external
and internal Business Growth.
CDP gives the present and actual situation of an organisation
Human Resources development for all 5 levels indicated here above.
It therefore provides information on : The potential market
competitiveness or clients’ recognition of the organisation, the
criteria applied by the organisation to its communication;
The different types of stress levels experienced by the
personnel, the risks of labour relation unrest, the level of quality
acceptance expressed by the employees and workers and their level of
commitment to productivity; The individual’s behaviours in group
activities
The critical or key success factors that directly influence the
individual’s motivation, where the best KSF and 2 development area’s
will be considered to work on.
The actions recommended by the CDP model.
The organisation will select the ones to implement, which are
considered as the most appropriate and adapted to the culture of the
company.
