How is a CDP survey implemented ?
2. 100 + 10 Questions
100 Statements are proposed to the participants.
The company may, as
well, add up to 10 questions it would like to ask its employees,
tailoring the project to the company culture.
100 or 50 statements
may be answered at once.
Still it is advised to
have the employees answering 10 questions a day in order to even out
the potential emotional influences of daily experiences.
The answers to
the questionnaire may be filled in through 3 different ways :
