How is a CDP survey implemented ?
4. Anonymity
Each questionnaire is anonymous.
The company will not
have any possibility to identify any of the participants to the
survey.
Still, if specific
circumstances dictate (such as a particular and promising development
potential of an employee), the evaluation of the motivation level may
be personalised.
Such a possibility is
authorised, together with other conditions, only if the individual has
given his/her written consent.
