A company interested
in analysing the level of motivation of its employees and workers may
test the Corporate Development Process survey.
The procedure to
follow is :
1- submit the
enclosed form and clearly indicate the number of persons who will
participate in the survey.
The maximum number of
persons allowed for testing CDP is 30.
All persons
participating in the test must be part of the same group / department
/ retail shop / bank agency / production team… or they must report to
the same team leader or manager.
2- EWC will invoice a
lump sum of EUR 750.
3- After receipt of
the payment and according to your choice :
* If you prefer to have the employees
answering to the CDP survey on a “paper” questionnaire, EWC
will send you by fax the CDP questionnaire (see the available langages
on)
* If the
questionnaire is to be filled in on Internet on a computer screen,
EWC will forward you an access code or UserId for each participant.
4- After processing
the answers, EWC will forward you a report specifying the Critical
Success Factor experienced positively and the 2 Development areas.
Each time, the actions
recommended to improve the level of motivation will be indicated.
